Bloom Township Emergency Assistance is administered through the General Assistance Program. Emergency Assistance (EA) assists Bloom Township residents to help alleviate an "Emergency" or life-threatening circumstance.

Emergency Assistance can only be issued once in a twelve (12) month period where the definition of emergency is met.
