The Bloom Township Highway Department is headed by Highway Commissioner Joseph Patrick Stanfa. The road district maintains roads and bridges in the unincorporated residential areas of Bloom Township.
Responsibilities of the Road District
All construction affecting district road right-of-way
Culvert replacement
Emergency tree removal from roadways
Shoulder and pavement maintenance
Sign maintenance
Snow and ice removal
Storm sewer maintenance
Weeding and mowing
Day to day operations are run by Chilo Perez, Foreman and Jon Maine, Highway Department worker along with additional support staff.
