Biography
Carla Matthews a lifelong resident of Bloom Township and was elected in 2005 as a Trustee on the Bloom Township Board where she served until 2020. Carla has served on the Thomas Cellini Huntington's Foundation since 2005 . Elected to the Steger/ South Chicago Heights library in 1995 serving on the board for six years until 2001. Carla was appointed as Bloom Township Clerk in November and looks forward to continuing to serve Bloom Township's 12 communities and residents for the next four years.
